Mark Levy, Child’s Voice Board Member, hosted two dinners recently with Child’s Voice supporters. These folks won these dinners at the Autumn Gala in October 2016.
The incredible menus featured exciting dishes including shaved beet salad, and a sous vide duck breast with crispy skin and port wine reduction sauce, accompanied by forbidden rice. Also featured were raw oysters with three different gelees and cold sugar snap pea soup with creme fraiche and mint.
A new alumni family held their dinner this past weekend and enjoyed the following menu:
Heirloom tomato and herb bruschetta,
Sugar Snap Pea Soup with Crème Fraiche and mint,
Pickled Fennel, Arugula and orange salad,
Crispy Salmon with tarragon butter sauce served over Braised Black Lentils and
Chocolate Pot au Crème with Whipped Cream
